Return and Refund Policy

At Celsius & Fahrenheit, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we’re here to help.

• You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging. 

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 8 days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at celsiusndfahrenheit@gmail.com.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

2. We’ll provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
3. Package the item securely and send it back to us.
