We're Margaux and Chris, a passionate baking duo! Bread has always been a staple in our lives. Chris, a professional bread baker for over 20 years, and I ran successful retail bakeries together in France for several years.
After stepping away from the bakery business and relocating to the U.S, we faced a challenge that might resonate with you:

The answer, as always, was right under our noses (or should we say, in our oven). Frustrated by the lack of affordable, crusty sourdough, we decided to take matters into our own hands and bake our own. This sparked an exciting idea: to recreate the traditional French proofing basket and share our baking knowledge with everyone!
