PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE

In the mixer with the hook, add 350g of flour, then add the salt, baker's yeast, and olive oil.
Gradually pour in the warm water while mixing.
Continue mixing until the dough form a ball.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour, covering the bowl with a kitchen towel, and place it in a warm spot. You can use our bread proofing basket.
After the resting time, sprinkle flour on your work surface and place the pizza dough on it.
Divide the dough in 1 and work the dough as you would work bread dough.
Shape your pizza to the size of your baking sheet, or ideally, place the dough on parchment paper.
Top your pizza with your favorite ingredients.
Bake at 550°F until ready.

A hot pre-heated oven ensures a crispy crust. If possible, use a pizza stone for even heat distribution.
Experiment with Flavors: Infuse your dough with herbs, garlic, or cheese for added flavor.
