CHOCOLATE CREAM

For the cream :

• 500ml of whole milk
• 300ml of heavy cream 
• 200g of  chocolate
• 45g of corn starch 

For the whipped cream :

• 280g of heavy cream 
• 25g of ice sugar

1. Start by heating the milk, cream, and starch until thickened.
2. Off the heat, add the chocolate and mix.
3. Pour your cream into small pots and chill for 45 minutes. 
4. For the whipped cream, chill your bowl for a few minutes then mix the ingredients until the whipped cream is set.
5. Pipe the whipped cream. Enjoy!
